Mail Manager is a personal email-management tool. Connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. Use it in accordance with your email provider’s policies.

Email actions

You are responsible for instructions given to the assistant and for reviewing recipients, message contents, and proposed mailbox changes. AI-generated text and classifications may contain mistakes. Some actions, including sending or deleting messages, may be difficult or impossible to undo.

Third-party services

Google, Microsoft, the selected AI assistant provider, and the website host operate under their own terms and policies. Their availability and permissions may affect the tool.

This personal tool is provided as available, without a promise of continuous service or error-free results. Keep backups of important information.

Privacy and access

Read the Mail Manager Privacy Policy before connecting accounts. You can stop using the tool and disconnect your accounts at any time.
