About Mail Manager

Mail Manager is a personal email-management tool operated by the owner of this application. It connects authorized Gmail and Outlook accounts to a locally running MCP server for use through an AI assistant.

Data accessed and purpose

With your authorization, Mail Manager can access your email address, message contents, recipients, subjects, attachments, drafts, labels, folders, and supported mailbox rules. This enables reading and searching emails, organizing messages, managing drafts, sending messages and replies, and configuring supported rules.

Storage and security

The MCP server stores account information and encrypted authorization tokens on the computer running it. Original mailbox data remains with the email provider. Attachments or other information may be saved locally when requested. This website does not connect to mailboxes or store email credentials.

AI processing and sharing

Email content returned by the tools may be transmitted to the AI assistant’s provider for processing. Chat history, retention, and data handling depend on that provider and your account settings. Sending or forwarding messages shares their contents with the recipients you select. Mail Manager does not sell mailbox data or use it for advertising.

Disconnecting and deleting data

You can disconnect an account using the account-removal tool and revoke Google access through your Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Removal deletes the locally stored account credentials, but does not delete original emails, sent messages, downloaded files, backups, or information retained in AI chat history. Manage those separately.

Website hosting

These informational pages are hosted by Hostinger, which may process technical request data, such as IP addresses, to operate and protect its hosting service. These pages include no analytics scripts, advertising, forms, or mailbox sign-in.

Google API data

Mail Manager’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
