Mail Manager

A personal email assistant for managing connected Gmail and Outlook accounts through an AI assistant.

What it does

Search and read messages, organize email into labels and folders, create and edit drafts, send messages and replies, and manage supported email rules.

How accounts connect

Each mailbox connects through its provider’s browser sign-in and consent process. Access is limited to the permissions approved by the account owner.

Where it runs

The Mail Manager MCP server runs locally on its owner’s computer. This public website only provides information; it does not connect to mailboxes or store email credentials.

AI processing

Email content returned to an AI assistant may be processed by that assistant’s provider. Read the privacy policy for details about storage, sharing, and disconnecting accounts.

This tool is currently for personal use, rather than a public hosted email service.
